We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Cropper's Corral, and strive to do our best to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at rhonda@cropperscorral.com to see if we can help you. In the event that this is not successful in satisfying your concerns, please return your order to the address below within 30 days to receive a refund (less the cost of shipping) or a replacement item.
Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:
- books
- computer
- software
- items not in sellable condition.
